In pithouse set soft limit stiffness to what ever feels right - it really doesn't matter. After testing, I now use 1080° wheel rotation in Pithouse with soft lock enabled in game set at 100. S M O K E Y suggested in the comments to use 1080° rotation and softlock. I highly recommend checking it out, especially the explanation of how SAT, Tyre Friction and Suspension settings interact - this is crucial to good FFB settings. These settings were created based on advice of a very helpful reddit post (see link below) explaining the FFB characteristics in EA WRC.
